Welcome to Ringshall Grange — a luxury grade II listed moated manor house. We are a family-owned and run, self-catering Suffolk estate near popular attractions and amenities. Located just 1.5 hours from London and 1 hour from Cambridge, we easily accessible from all surrounding counties. Our multi-award-winning, 8/9-bedroom holiday home caters for up to 23 guests, plus infants. 

With 13.5 acres of private land, we’re ideal for special occasions, family holidays, and large group get-togethers. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy alfresco dining with our pizza oven and BBQ, take part in our many lawn games, build woodland dens and have fun in the outdoor play areas. As a 100% organic and sustainable estate, you can also forage for plums, crab apples, and blackberries and enjoy ample wildlife on your doorstep. 

Inside, you’ll find plenty of activities to keep you and your family occupied. This includes karaoke, fancy dress, a children’s book library and a games room with a pool table and darts. Unwind in our peaceful whiskey room, read by the open log fires or in one of our roll-top baths. The house boasts a wealth of period features and is designed to feel like a spacious, comfortable home from home. Each bedroom has a bespoke interior design with a king or super king-sized bed. 

Well-behaved family dogs are very welcome to stay. We provide highchairs, cots and toddler beds. 

Please note: There is open unfenced water and ponds on site. Children will need to be supervised at all times when visiting the house.
