About The Raclette Truck
We’re welcoming The Raclette Truck back to Burnt House Vineyard. Prepare for the ultimate winter warmer: bubbling Alpine raclette cheese, melted before your eyes and scraped generously over potatoes, deli meats and pickles.
The Raclette Truck brings a beloved Swiss tradition to life — heating whole wheels of cheese until molten, then pouring it over hot potatoes and classic accompaniments. It’s rich, comforting and absolutely perfect for chilly evenings.
Expect indulgent portions, toasted aromas and the kind of cosy, cheese‑laden goodness that makes autumn nights unforgettable.
Pair your raclette feast with a glass of Burnt House red or mulled wine and settle in for a warm, atmospheric November evening among the vines. Our bar will be open as usual with wine, beer, cider and soft drinks.
A wonderfully comforting Feast Friday — made for crisp evenings and big appetites.

Can't find enough tickets for your group?
Please book the number of tickets available within your preferred time slot and email us at events@burnthousevineyard.co.uk with your booking reference and the total size of your party. We'll always do our best to accommodate your group together.
To help us manage seating and service, please avoid booking tickets across multiple time slots.
A few things to note:
Each ticket admits one person – please make sure you book the correct number of tickets for your group.
Due to the popularity of these evenings, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests on the day, so early booking is strongly advised.
If the number of tickets you need isn’t available, we’ll do our best to help — but we may not always be able to add extra seats once we’re fully booked.
When booking, please specify indoor or enclosed terrace seating. If the weather turns, we’ll do everything we can to move you inside the venue, but please note indoor space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
During busy periods, we may kindly ask for your table back after 2 hours to allow us to accommodate all of our guests.
We kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy prior to making your booking.
To keep our events running smoothly for everyone, please arrive at the start of your 15-minute booking slot and place your order by the end of that time. Guests arriving late may have their food served after those who arrived on time, to ensure all service stays on schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us give everyone the best possible experience.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Burnt House, we’re committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest. Due to the popularity of our events and limited seating availability, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy:
Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the chance to offer your space to other guests on our waiting list.
No-Shows: If a party does not arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time and has not contacted us, the booking will be marked as a no-show. Guests who do not show up without notice may:
Be required to provide a deposit for future reservations
Be refused tickets to future Burnt House events or pop-up experiences
Be restricted from booking future pop-up event tables
Bad Weather Policy
At Burnt House, we love making the most of our beautiful outdoor spaces whenever possible. However, weather conditions can change, we kindly ask guests to consider the following when booking an outside table:
Outdoor Bookings: If you have booked an outdoor table, please note that your reservation is for that space specifically. In the event of bad weather, we will always do our best to accommodate you indoors, but we cannot guarantee alternative seating due to limited indoor capacity.
Enclosed Terrace: Our terrace area is now enclosed for the winter and is a cosy space with a logburner. If you have booked a terrace table, please note that your reservation is for that space specifically. In the event of bad weather, we will always do our best to accommodate you inside the building, but we cannot guarantee alternative seating due to limited capacity inside the building.
Indoor Availability: If indoor tables are fully booked, we may not be able to move outdoor bookings inside at short notice. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and dressing appropriately for the conditions.
Changes & Cancellations: If poor weather is expected and you're concerned about your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to help you rebook or make alternative arrangements, depending on availability.
We appreciate your understanding and support.
