About Snowdrop Days

Snowdrop season is the start of the floral calendar and a great year of gardening ahead. We welcome you to come and explore more than 100 varieties of snowdrops, some rare and unusual, on Wednesdays and Fridays during the month of February at Fullers Mill Garden. This year we are highlighting 10 snowdrops, which have been named to commemorate famous 'galanthophiles', garden owners or loved ones. As a group, the people for whom these snowdrops are named are known as Snowdrop 'Immortals'. You will find the stories behind the names as you walk around the garden. We're delighted to have guests from local nurseries during the month who will be sharing their snowdrop knowledge as well as offering hints, tips and advice along with a selection of bulbs or plants for sale.
