For January, we’re going off the beaten track and exploring some of the lesser-known grapes and styles being produced in English vineyards.

Ortega, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Gris, Solaris and Sauvignon Blanc are all on the table — some familiar, some less so, and some that might leave you wondering why you’ve never tried them before.
