Learn the art of sushi making from an expert chef in this interactive and informative sushi making course. Discover how to create different types of sushi using easy-to-follow recipes and readily available ingredients.
Join us at the Food Hub to discover the art of sushi making from expert chef Yui Miles, This sushi making workshop gives you the opportunity to create different types of sushi learning special tips and tricks along the way. On this workshop you will learn the art of cooking the perfect sushi rice and making sushi vinegar. You will make hand shaped sushi to impress your friends and family such as Nigiri, Maki and Tamagoyaki.
Yui’s courses are fun and informative; with detailed easy to follow recipes to replicate at home.
The course will run from 10am until 12.15pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes will be provided.
