About Summer River and Reedbed Ramble

Many wading birds, ducks, geese and swans are to be found on the River Alde through the spring whilst the reedbeds and adjacent woodland hold raptors, warblers and other resident species. Join our expert guides as they help you to enjoy spring wildlife at this special location.

Please bring your own binoculars, if you have them. Stout and waterproof footwear recommended. This walk starts and finishes at Snape Maltings, IP17 1SP. Meet on the Quay at Snape Maltings. Advance booking is essential for this walk please. Ticket sales close two hours before the walk.
