About Pasta Making Class
We are bringing the tastes of Italy to Suffolk with our fantastic Pasta Evening Club! Once you’ve tried our deliciously moorish fresh, homemade pasta, you’ll never go back. Join us for an evening and master the art of making delicious homemade pasta!
You will make fresh pasta dough and learn how to shape and roll pasta and also fill it. We will teach you to make ribbon pasta such as tagliatelle, linguine and filled pasta such as ravioli and tortellini. Our chef will demonstrate how to cook pasta perfectly and make a classic sauce.
The class will run from 6pm until 8pm. We offer a hands-on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
