About Going on a Horse Hunt
Join us for a fun horse hunt adventure. Explore, discover and enjoy making and creating alongside a horse-themed story.
Our creative play sessions, designed by an Early Years Lead, educate and entertain! You will have fun exploring the galleries together, discover objects, listen to stories and rhymes inspired by our collections and make and create something together to take home.

Places are free for pre-school children but limited to 15 children per session with a paying adult or museum pass holder.
Please note: There is one session on the day at 10.15am. Please allow 45 minutes to one hour.
If your preferred session is booked, we can add you to the waiting list for cancellations, just let us know via email at info@nhrm.co.uk whether you would like to be added to this.
Please note:
• Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the session
• Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session
• Advance booking is essential
• If bookings exceed available spaces, we will endeavour to run additional sessions on the same dates – we will advise on email once you have registered your interest
