About Celebrating moths with Peter Lack

Continuing our National Wildlife Week celebrations, we invite you to Fullers Mill Garden where local expert Peter Lack will be sharing some samples and his extensive knowledge about the moths found here in the garden.

Peter will set moths traps on Friday evening (weather permitting) and share his findings with visitors between 10am and 12noon on Saturday.

Peter's moth survey towards the end of last year provided an insight into the common visitors to the garden, along with some rarer species which included the Dotted Clay - only six have been recorded in Suffolk since 2020 (apart from a garden on the eastern edge of Brandon by the Little Ouse where there have been several records in most years recently).
