Serving the community for 250 years, The Carpenters Arms has a long tradition of genuine hospitality. It has re-opened with its historical interiors sympathetically, but spectacularly refreshed. The theme of convivial entertaining continues with our open kitchen which serves food every day. Whether you fancy a quick, tasty bite to eat or a celebratory three course supper, our team pride themselves on their imaginative and varied menus. Not just a pub, but a pub with cosy bedrooms. We have four - beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, ready to make a fabulous evening into a memorable stay. Miles of woodland and the village common provide excellent adventures for furry friends. Perfect for snuffling, scampering and then back for a snooze and supper in the bar.
