Mill Tye is a small, independent gallery. It’s housed in a beautiful brick-built mill. One that’s been converted into a light, airy studio-exhibition space. One with spectacular views across the river Stour and water meadows. The perfect context for stunning works by local contemporary printmakers, sculptors and potters. The Gallery is set by the idyllic River Stour in Great Cornard, just outside the centre of the market town of Sudbury, Suffolk. It features on the Gainsborough Trail on the river stour walk from Sudbury. The historic mill building, which traces its roots back to the Domesday Book of 1085, has spectacular views across the river Stour and Water meadows for several miles beyond.
